新效忠精神
在一家公司呆多少年才算现代标准的“忠诚”？我不知道标准答案，但知道两年以下，一定不算。
那是因为有一次我和我的老板一起面试一个人时，那人方方面面都不错，等他出了门，我的老板却对我说：这个人怎么能要呢？你看他的简历，以前的三份工作，没一份超过两年的。
